Our sleeves are standard size, 66mm x 91mm. They will fit any trading card games and board games that use standard-size cards. The card sleeves will not fit Yu-Gi-Oh! cards, however, we plan to offer Japanese sizes in the near future.

We feel our sleeves shuffle great and have fantastic durability. The regular matte sleeves shuffle especially smoothly. Of course with any sleeves, always make sure to handle them with care and shuffle in the same direction every time to avoid potential issues.

We aren’t aware of any issues with our holographic card sleeves at local store events and have had very few issues at larger conventions and regional or pro-tour events. However, if you’re a strictly high-level tournament player, we recommend confirming with your local judges before participating in any event with our holographic sleeves or holographic perfect fits. Our regular, non-holographic matte sleeves are guaranteed to be 100% legal in any tournament setting.

Perfect Fits are smaller-sized sleeves that fit snugly inside standard-size regular sleeves. Simply insert your card into a perfect fit, then insert your perfect fitted card into the standard-size sleeve of your choice. Perfect fits from one brand will work with regular sleeves from any other brand.

You should receive an email a few minutes after subscribing to our newsletter. Check your spam folder, just in case. If it doesn't arrive within 10 minutes, feel free to bug us!

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right!

To start a return, you can contact us at info@prismaticdefender.com. Please be sure to include your order # and ensure that the product you are returning is in its original packaging.

You are responsible for return shipping unless the received product(s) are defective. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

After receiving your return to our designated address provided to you, we will verify the contents and your proof of purchase. We will send you an email confirming the status of your refund. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for this step. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too.
